Condit MPR

 

The Condit Class of 2026 invites family and friends to celebrate their Promotion Ceremony on Wednesday, June 3 at 1:15 PM in the Condit MPR.

 

Doors will open at 12:45 PM. Due to limited seating, each graduate’s party is limited to four guests.

 

Attire

5th graders are encouraged to wear their 5th Grade “Condit All-Star” shirts, but may wear other appropriate attire if preferred.

 

RSVP

Please complete the Google RSVP Form (Spanish translation included) by Tuesday, May 26 to help our teachers and volunteers prepare for a fun and safe ceremony for all students and guests.

The Google Form will include the following information:

 

Guest Names

Each student may have up to four guests attend the ceremony, including siblings. All guests must sign in upon arrival. Please note that some guests may need to stand, and no more than four seats total should be saved per student. Limiting guests allows all Condit families the opportunity to celebrate their 5th grader.

 

Younger Sibling Checkout

If you plan to check out a younger sibling to attend the ceremony, this must be indicated on the Google Form in advance. Only pre-approved siblings will be allowed to leave class.

After parent check-in, younger siblings can be picked up in the main hallway outside the PTO Room, where they will be waiting with parent volunteers.

Please note:

  • Younger siblings must be officially checked out by 1:00 PM before the Clap Out ceremony begins.
  • Students attending the ceremony will be checked out for the remainder of the school day and may not return to class afterward.
  • Younger siblings leaving campus will receive a checkout sticker indicating they have officially signed out for the day.

5th Grade Student Checkout

If your 5th grader will be leaving after the ceremony, please indicate this on the Google Form. Parents must sign students out with their teacher before leaving campus.

 

Students leaving for the remainder of the day will receive a checkout sticker indicating they have officially checked out of school.

 

Important: Both younger siblings and 5th graders leaving early must have a checkout sticker before leaving campus.
