To ensure every student starts the school year with the correct materials, the PTO has pre-ordered a supply kit for each student. These kits are carefully assembled in collaboration with teachers and include the exact materials your child will need for the upcoming school year.

How to Purchase:

  • Log in to your Condit PTO account and navigate to Account Information to view your active forms.
  • Each student will have a separate school supply order form.
  • If you have an incoming student, be sure to add them to your account to access their order form. New kindergarten students should be added as Incoming Kindergarten.
