PTO Tax Information:

Condit PTO is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is exempt from paying sales tax on eligible purchases. As a result, Condit PTO does not reimburse sales tax paid on purchases.

To avoid paying sales tax, please use our Tax-Exempt Form when making purchases on behalf of the PTO.

Please note: You must be signed in to your Condit PTO Google account to access and download the form.
